About Justin
Justin is a seasoned and renowned marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in applying marketing strategy and execution for brand building, positioning, and growth. Before joining SPRCHRGR, Justin served as marketing director for three different professional services firms that provide clients with advisory, tax, accounting, and outsourcing services. His industry, segments, and service line support have spanned several industries, including startups, healthcare, data privacy compliance, cybersecurity, and many more.
Background
Throughout his professional career, Justin has enhanced and expanded his organization’s brand awareness and position both regionally and nationally. As a marketing leader, his firms have won numerous professional awards for the first time and consistently experienced industry-leading year-over-year revenue growth. In 2022, he was peer-recognized as a Twin Cities Business Notable Leader in Marketing for creating a positive, lasting impact within the business and community. Earlier in his career, he was a digital marketing and media consultant and has worked for fast-moving entrepreneurial companies.

Off the clock
Outside of work, Justin enjoys family time, Minnesota outdoors, the lake, building and DIY projects. His weekends are all about youth sports - as he and his wife take their two young boys to basketball, hockey, and soccer games.
