Patrick is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and CFO who is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals by connecting the dots of operations, finance, and market forces.
Background
Before joining SPRCHRGR, Patrick identified and acquired businesses as a Partner of an investment fund targeting companies with untapped potential. Among his various responsibilities, he sourced and acquired businesses, developed and executed turnaround and operational plans, and procured debt and equity financing. Industries included automotive and retail, asset management, real estate investment and property management, specialty finance, and e-commerce.
As Chief Financial Officer of a diversified family office, Patrick successfully led the turnaround and recapitalization of the firm’s flagship portfolio company with 500 employees. He identified major areas of concern with existing financial projections, assembled a team focused on successful equity partnership, restructured debt, and returned investment to the parent company. His previous roles include leadership positions in the asset management, mining and natural resources, and consulting industries.

Off the clock
