An extracurricular youth education program transitioned to an industry-niche membership management platform, leaving it with frustrating limitations. The bespoke software did facilitate a switch from paper-based forms and check-by-mail payments to a cloud-based system with electronic payments. However, it didn’t directly connect to QuickBooks, necessitating painful and expensive duplicative accounting work to bridge the gap.

While our client’s new member management platform didn’t have a direct accounting software integration or even an open API, SPRCHRGR built a custom automated data transfer solution to streamline the accounting workflows and deliver critical, timely financial reporting information to nonprofit leaders.
