Diana Wright

Before joining SPRCHRGR, Diana built a career spanning controllership, FP&A, and finance leadership across publicly traded companies, multi-entity healthcare operations, and global consulting environments. Since 2018, Diana provided financial planning and accounting consulting across SaaS, technology, manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and e-commerce industries, enabling SaaS clients to raise $200M+ in debt and equity capital by ensuring GAAP compliance for Angel, Seed, and Series A–C funding rounds. Earlier in her career, Diana served as Director of Accounting for a multi-state healthcare organization with eight subsidiaries, and as Controller at Bally Technologies, where she oversaw GAAP accounting for 9+ entities across the U.S., Germany, Australia, France, Hong Kong, and the U.K., assisted with quarterly 10-Q and 10-K filings, and responded to SEC inquiries.

At SPRCHRGR, Diana thrives in engagements that require both financial rigor and technical model-building skill. She manages a portfolio that spans CPG brands navigating international expansion, SaaS companies needing board-ready monthly financials, and private credit firms optimizing their close processes and evaluating enterprise FP&A platforms. She builds Google Sheets forecast engines with live data feeds from QuickBooks and Salesforce, designs rights-managed model architectures that protect sensitive data while enabling collaborative input, and consistently earns the trust of the CEOs, CFOs, and operations leaders she works with. When a client's financial model breaks, Diana doesn't just fix the formula — she traces the root cause, documents the resolution, and builds safeguards so it doesn't happen again.

When Diana's not deep in a financial model, you'll find her hanging out with her Pomsky pups or hosting weekend movie night with her son. And when the weather cooperates, Diane loves catching a cool breeze on long bike rides.
