Background
Brandon's extensive experience in recruiting finance and accounting talent makes him the perfect fit for SPRCHRGR. Prior to joining our team, he was an Executive Recruiter focusing on finance, accounting, IT, and HR for an IT staffing agency. He had a wide range of responsibilities, from optimizing job postings to developing interview questions and job descriptions, and kept a stable of potential candidates to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
Earlier in his career, Brandon was Manager of Client Development & Recruitment at a professional search firm specializing in accounting, finance and audit. He also served as Division Director for Finance and Accounting at Robert Half, where he managed a four-person team of direct-hire recruiters.

"I worked through college while in Landscape Architecture at the local Country Club, which fostered a passion for food that I carry today. I often make elaborate meals and spend most of the summer camping, paddleboarding, and cooking out. Landscape Architecture has also continued to be a creative outlet for me. I design and build inspired outdoor spaces for friends, family, and small parks."
