About Josh
APIs. XML. MVC. Most of us have no idea what technical acronyms like these stand for, let alone what to do with them. Then there are people like Josh, who've built a career mastering them. Josh is both a technical wizard and a strategist. Since 2004, he's held a series of roles, from Lead Developer to Implementation Specialist to CTO, and now VP of Technology for SPRCHRGR. He balances out his techie side with business expertise spanning CRM, supply chain, ERP, forecasting, ecommerce and much more.
Background
Before joining SPRCHRGR, Josh was VP at a SaaS company with an inventory and order management software that integrates directly to QuickBooks. There, he oversaw the development of all products and platforms and worked directly with clients to deliver creative solutions that met complex requirements. He was also responsible for managing all aspects of technical support and the help desk.
