About Lisa
Lisa has over three decades of experience in accounting, finance, human resources, and operations — and she's spending every one of them on behalf of SPRCHRGR's most complex client engagements. As Lead Client CFO, Lisa operates as a true strategic partner to the CEOs, founders, and boards she works with, tackling challenges that span continents, capital structures, and tech stacks simultaneously.
Right now, Lisa is leading the financial infrastructure buildout for a CPG brand's expansion into European markets — standing up a Dutch subsidiary, coordinating with international accounting firms, configuring multi-currency inventory and ecommerce systems, and designing the reporting architecture to support cross-border operations. At the same time, she's managing cap table reconciliation, 409A valuation support, and data room preparation for a venture-backed life sciences company approaching its next raise. She's building subscription LTV models for a SaaS dating platform, onboarding new clients into Cin7 Core inventory systems, and leading financial reporting upgrades for a medical device manufacturer. Lisa's portfolio spans CPG, SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces, healthcare, media & entertainment, professional services, web3, R&D, nonprofits, and more — and she brings the same rigor and ownership to each engagement.
Background
Prior to joining SPRCHRGR, Lisa worked independently as a CFO-level Financial Consultant. She has served as CFO, VP of Finance/CFO, Director of Finance, Senior Accounting Manager, and Corporate Controller across companies ranging from venture-backed startups to established mid-market businesses. She began her professional career as a Senior Associate at the downtown Los Angeles office of an international accounting firm, where she earned her Certified Public Accountant designation.
Lisa also brings significant entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a startup providing print, digital communications, and marketing services to veterinary practices — the company experienced solid growth before being successfully sold. That founder's perspective shapes how she partners with SPRCHRGR clients today: she understands the pressure of making payroll, the complexity of managing investor expectations, and the difference between accounting that checks a box and financial leadership that moves the business forward.
At SPRCHRGR, Lisa has become one of our most trusted and highest-impact team members. She manages a portfolio of complex, multi-dimensional engagements — from international subsidiary buildouts and investor data rooms to SaaS cohort modeling and inventory system implementations. She's also a natural relationship builder who actively develops new business through her network, follows up on referrals personally, and connects clients and prospects with the right resources. When Mark describes Lisa to prospective clients, he calls her "one of our lead CFOs for inventory-based businesses" — and that's just one dimension of what she brings.
