About Lisa

Lisa has over three decades of experience in accounting, finance, human resources and operations. She is strategic, focused and committed to the excellence and success of every company she supports. In her role at SPRCHRGR, Lisa has worked with clients across just about every industry, including CPG wholesale/retail/e-commerce, mobility and infrastructure tech, SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces, media & entertainment, healthcare, professional services, web3, R&D, nonprofits, and more. She’s performed all aspects of fractional CFO functions, from M&A support and board reporting to financial planning & analysis and investor capital raises, and from ERP system implementations and inventory accounting projects to GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and forensic audit work.

Background

Prior to joining SPRCHRGR, Lisa worked independently as a CFO-level Financial Consultant. She also served in roles such as CFO, VP of Finance/CFO, Director of Finance, Senior Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller. She began her professional career as a Senior Associate at the downtown Los Angeles office of an international accounting firm, where she earned her Certified Public Accountant designation.

Lisa also brings significant entrepreneurial experience, having been one of the founders of a startup providing print, digital communications and marketing services to veterinary practices. The company experienced solid growth before being sold; Lisa's role ended a year later upon completion of the financial transaction.

Off the clock

"Sports and athletics have always been my passion," says Lisa. "I played softball in college, bowled professionally including competing in the US Open twice. I coached little league baseball for 10 years as well as other sports for my kids and played competitive beach volleyball. These days, when I am not working, you will find me spending time with my 3 teenagers, on the pickleball court, at a drum lesson, listening to live music from local bands or at the beach. Growing up in Southern California, my love for the ocean runs deep."
