About Scott
Scott is a senior executive with 35+ years of leadership experience across multiple industries. He currently advises SPRCHRGR and connects the firm with his extensive network. Previously, he served as Principal CFO at SPRCHRGR, leading client relationships and expanding our advisory services offerings.
Background
In prior roles, Scott was SVP of Global Business Services for a government defense contractor and led their transformation initiative across the enterprise and ran their Shared Service Center which included Financial Reporting, AP, AR, Travel & Expense, Corporate Tax, Payroll, Budgeting, and Employee Benefits. His responsibilities also included being an advisor to the US Board and council to UK senior leadership.
As Chief Financial Officer of a High-tech software company, Scott successfully led several private placements process that raised tens of millions of dollars in private equity. He also developed and administered all business plans (capital, annual operating and quarterly operating budgets and objectives), business unit forecasts and the performance of all financial, labor and productivity analyses, prepared pro forma analysis for future capital projects, formed solid banking relationship, instituted financial reporting process, both monthly and quarterly to investors and Board of Directors, supervised company’s annual audits, and led the implementation of the company’s internal rollout of its ERP system.
