About Christina
Christina is SPRCHRGR's Accounting Director, with 30+ years in accounting and operations and an MBA in Management and Strategy. She leads the team of accountants and controllers who run our clients' books, and she sits at the review layer above them: checking close work, payroll, and compliance filings, coaching the associates who do them, and keeping standards consistent across dozens of very different businesses. Her range runs the full accounting function, from AP, payroll, sales tax, and 1099s through month-end close, multi-entity consolidations, and FP&A, and she's fluent in the systems that hold it together, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, BILL, Rippling, Gusto, and NetSuite.
On any given week she's leading a close-automation build for a real-estate private-credit fund (Sage Intacct consolidation, intercompany eliminations, equity rollforwards, and an API connector into their deal system), steadying a grant-funded nonprofit through an audit and rebuilding how its grant dollars get tracked and billed, and running an ERP migration for an architecture and engineering firm moving to job-costing software. She's structured an SBA refinance and cash-flow model for a construction company, remediated accounts payable and stood up a 10-day close for a creative agency, and set up the books, payroll, and entity structure for early-stage biotech and cleantech startups. Her instinct is to scope the work honestly, decide who does what, and turn a messy account into one that runs on a repeatable process.
Background
Before SPRCHRGR, Christina spent about 20 years owning and managing construction ventures. Running her own businesses taught her the parts of accounting you don't get from the ledger alone: job costing, cash flow when a project runs long, payroll, and what an owner actually needs to see to make a call. That operator's perspective is why clients trust her with the messy, high-stakes work. She's been in their seat.
For 10+ years she's built and led SPRCHRGR's accounting teams, and today she's the quality-control spine of the department. She onboards new clients and new hires, owns the training process, and reviews the work product that goes out the door across the book. She's the one who compresses the busywork: in a single afternoon on one nonprofit account she cut a recurring reconciliation from 15 hours down to three, and she's built payroll automation that took a five-hour task to five minutes. Clients get an accountant who spans bookkeeping through consolidation and advisory. SPRCHRGR gets a leader we can hand a new, complicated client to and say, without hesitation, "you can run with this."
